PREMIER BASEBALL & SOFTBALL NIGHT AT PROGRESSIVE FIELD!

Premier Ohio is partnering with the Cleveland Guardians for our 3rd annual Premier Baseball & Softball Night at Progressive Field on Friday, 9/12 at 7:10pm vs the Chicago White Sox for City Connect Jersey Night as well!
The Guardians have given us 2 entire bleacher sections so everyone can sit together this year! Bleacher seats are $30/each and the experience will include; early stadium access to shag BP home runs in the right field bleachers, behind the scenes tour, an on-field pre-game parade for players, coaches and families, scoreboard feature of the club during the parade, scoreboard features during the game, fireworks and throwing out the first pitch for the winner of the raffle!
ACTION REQUESTED: In order to reserve an accurate number of tickets/sections for our event, the Guardians are requesting a FINAL ticket count by 8/26. Tickets must be on the spreadsheet and paid for by 8/26!!! Understanding that everyone will be in the process of finalizing their seasons and going through the tryout process, please reach out to your returning families and add your final total tickets to the spreadsheet for your team.
I have attached the same excel sheet we used last year for the event to simply enter a parent name, email address and final ticket count (per family) for seats & First Pitch. IMPORTANT *** Be sure to list the accurate email address that is linked to the Ballpark App. That is how everyone will receive their tickets. I have added the link to update as you go below this email like we did for tryouts.
You will collect the money from your team and write one check (made out to Premier Athletics) for your team – with your team name included in the notes. We can also do venmo if needed. Each family will then receive their tickets. If anyone would like to buy first pitch raffle tickets as well they will be $5 a ticket and note on the same sheet how many they would like!
