FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR PREMIER PLAYERS/COACHES

Please click the link above on the main website labeled “Book Online” or “Click Here To Schedule” above. Once you click this tab on the website, you will be redirected to our new online scheduling system!! Once you are redirected to this page please click on “Click here to register” in blue and fill out the information to create an account. Once your account is created please give myself 24 hours to add your “Premier Athletics Membership” which gives you access to book up to 1 cage for  30 mins or 2 30 mins session for 1 hour and turf for 2 30 mins sessions for 1 hour per each account. Please be courteous to the rest of our organization by giving everyone an equal opportunity to get into the facility. If we see the system being used incorrectly we will we need to make adjustments to your account in order to give everyone use of our facility. I will be inputting all scheduled team practices after tryouts are complete so coaches do not need to worry about this in the future.

**24 hours to add your “Premier Athletics Membership**

**As of now you can only book 10 days in advance.**

**All Softball please follow the same steps above and I will add your membership.**

**If you are not a Premier player you will follow the same rules and will be able to use the system right away since you will not have a membership unless you purchase a player pass also located in the scheduling system.**

FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR PREMIER PLAYERS TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES

1. Log into your scheduling account using the “click here to schedule” link above.
2. Click on “sign up for camp/classes”
3. Click the “view all” button and you will see the entire list of classes to sign up for

BASIC INFO ON HOW TO USE OUR NEW SYSTEM

Using the “Membership” tab you can purchase memberships for Hittrax and player passes to facility. Please choose the correct pricing based on Premier or Non-Premier player. We will be checking after purchase. Hittrax will be up and running by the end of the month now that online scheduling is complete.

 

Using the “Packages” tab you can purchase all lessons and packages from our great instructors here at Premier. Once you purchase a lesson or package please choose the correct lesson or package based on the times you want per 30 or 60 mins. When you make this decision it will be that way until the lesson or package has ended and your credits are gone. You can check the credits in your account to see how many you have used and how any you have left.

 

Using the “Scheduling” tab you can book cages or turf on the “Location Rental” on the scroll down.

 

Using the “Scheduling” tab you can book your instructors times by clicking “Appointment” on the scroll down and filling out the information for your instructor to see their availability.

 

Using the “Scheduling” tab then “My Schedule” on the scroll down this will show your booked lessons or rentals in the system.

 

PLAYER PASS TO FACILITY FOR NON-PREMIER PLAYERS

We offer access to our facility for non-premier players with a monthly option. You can gain access to Premier by using the steps above to create an account then choose “memberships” once logged in to purchase your monthly pass.
