-Signed as a free agent in 1995 with the Baltimore Orioles.

-Made is Major League debut in 2000 as the starting Third Baseman for the Baltimore Orioles

-Ivanon was traded to Chicago Cubs in 2001.

-After the 2003 season, Ivanon was a free agent and signed with the St. Louis Cardinals and played in the 2003 Baseball World Cup.

-In 2004 Ivanon signed as a free agent with the Astros and played on the Dutch National Team in the Olympic Games.

-Played in the Netherlands European League’s 2005 World Cup and the European

-Championship with the Dutch National Team, winning the MVP Award.
