- My approach to strength, conditioning, and speed is to look at the body as a whole. All systems need to be working as one in order to produce the best results while lowering the risk of injury. This means form, mobility, flexibility, stability, posterior chain, and core strength are my top priorities for your athlete. My goal for your athlete is to keep them in the game.
