About Chrissy

Chrissy Paul is the owner of Truly Fit and a strength and performance coach specializing in individualized training for adolescent athletes, particularly baseball and softball players.

With a master’s degree in Exercise Science and more than 600 athlete assessments completed, Chrissy uses an assessment-driven approach to help athletes identify movement limitations, improve strength, speed, and power, and overcome what’s holding them back.

Her background in athletic training brings an additional perspective to programming, considering injury history, movement quality, recovery, workloads, and sport-specific demands to support long-term athletic development.

Her passion for baseball began in college, when her one request was to work with the baseball team during her senior year—a goal she achieved. In 2020, she founded Truly Fit to help athletes develop beyond injury management.

Her philosophy is simple: the better athletes understand themselves, the more they can grow, take ownership, and reach their goals.

Chrissy’s Approach

Through individualized programming and relationships built on trust, athletes are encouraged to ask questions, provide feedback, challenge themselves, and take accountability for their progress.

Training is continually adjusted based on each athlete’s needs, goals, and how they’re responding, rather than forcing everyone through the same program.

Beyond improving physical performance, athletes develop the knowledge and confidence to communicate with coaches, recognize their needs, and make informed training decisions.

That development often continues into college, where athletes apply what they’ve learned, seek guidance when needed, and return during the offseason to prepare for their next season.

The goal is to develop stronger, more knowledgeable, and more independent athletes who have the tools to continue growing both in and out of the weight room.
